Each participant receives a salesman sheet to take orders on. We always send extra sheets to the sponsor in case someone needs more.

The average profit margin per package is 50%.

We do ask for payment up front. The participant collects the customer's money at the time the order is placed and the fundraiser sponsor writes us one check when placing the order.

If the wholesale order totals $750 or more, shipping is free. Shipping charges will apply on orders less that $750. If there is a problem with a product (hole in a bag, wrong product etc.) then we will replace and ship free. Please let us know within one week if there is a problem.

We process orders as quickly as possible (a few days in most cases). We have a large stock of products on hand.

There is no time limit on how long your fundraiser may run, although most last 2-3 weeks.

Any order placed over the phone or on our website that mentions your organization will be added to your fundraiser total. We will honor this up to 30 days after the end of your fundraiser. A check will be mailed to your organization at the end of the 30 day period for any online orders credited to your organization..

In each bag there will be a brochure listing all of our mixes and retail prices. There will also be a note stating that if they order in the next 30 days, we will credit your organization. This allows the customer to purchase more of what they bought, to order something that was not in one of the value packages, or to order just one of something they really wanted instead of buying the whole package.

After putting together the different value packages, we write the name of the package on the outside of each bag so that it is easy to identify what is in each bag. These bags are then placed in boxes that are also labeled with a list of the value packages found inside. This makes it very easy for the sponsor to sort through the boxes and hand out the correct packages to the participants.
